Event Vouchers

 

Q:	What events can the Fabled Voucher be used in?
A:	You can use the Fabled Voucher for entry into the Calling, Battle Hardened, or any other open-entry events. IMPORTANT: Please note that purchasing the Fabled event package does not automatically enroll you into the event you wish to participate in; you will need to register for the event on-site after claiming your package!
Q:	What events can the Bronze and Silver Vouchers be used in?
A:	Silver and Bronze Vouchers can be used in any Side Events and Battle Hardened on site, but not for the Calling.
Q:	The event I want to play costs more than the voucher!
A:	No worries, you can top-up the remaining amount with cash.
Q:	Can I combine and use multiple vouchers for an event?
A:	Yes, you can!
Q:	The event I want to play is full! Do I get priority if I use the vouchers to register for an event?
A:	Unfortunately, if an event reaches its maximum capacity before you can use your vouchers to register, you will not be able to secure a spot. We recommend acting quickly to avoid missing out on your desired event!

 

 

Voucher Refund Policy

 

Q:	Do you have a refund policy for unused value from a coupon?
A:	Please note that we do not offer partial refunds. For example, if you have used a coupon, we cannot provide a refund for any remaining amount.

 

 

Event Promotional Cards & Packs

 

Q:	Can I sign up and drop the event, and still get the Promo card / Treasure Pack?
A:	Players must be present and actively playing Round 1 of the events to receive the promotional item(s).
Q:	Can I pick up my Promo item(s) later?
A:	No, please note we will only give them out to players during Round 1.
Q:	Can someone else pick up my Promo item(s)?
A:	No, you have to be in your seat playing in Round 1 to receive the promotional item(s).
